Our ideal candidate is a seasoned marketing professional with experience in leading cross-functional teams and developing comprehensive marketing strategies. They will be responsible for driving brand positioning, product communication, and integrated marketing campaigns.About the RoleThe Head of Marketing will lead the overall marketing strategy, brand development, market intelligence, customer insights, and product positioning for our company.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Planning:Create and execute detailed marketing plans aligned with our company's vision.Leverage market research to inform product positioning and marketing campaigns.Determine annual marketing budgets and optimize deployment for maximum ROI.Brand Management:Develop and maintain a strong brand identity consistent with our global brand guidelines.Lead brand storytelling across digital, offline, and experiential platforms.Monitor brand health metrics and drive improvement initiatives.Product Marketing & Launches:Oversee product communication strategy for new model introductions and updates.Collaborate with R&D, Sales, and HQ teams for product planning and positioning.Analyze competitor benchmarking and market research for product strategy input.Market Intelligence & Consumer Insights:Stay up-to-date on automotive market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.Translate insights into strategic recommendations for marketing, sales, and product roadmap.Foster regular reporting and alignment with HQ teams.Digital & Campaign Management:Drive digital marketing strategy, social media, and online brand engagement.Supervise creative development, campaign execution, and performance analytics.Partner with agencies for content creation, media planning, and 360° campaigns.Dealer Marketing Support:Strengthen dealer-level marketing programs, local promotions, and customer engagement activities.Provide guidance for local branding, signage, events, and customer experience initiatives.E nsure seamless integration of national marketing strategies at regional and dealer levels.Cross-Cultural Coordination:Work closely with Japanese HQ for brand alignment, approvals, reporting, and collaborative projects.Serve as a key communication bridge between Indian marketing teams and Japanese leadership.Ensure adherence to global standards while adapting strategies for the Indian market.Team Leadership:Lead and develop a marketing team across brand, digital, product, and market research functions.Encourage creativity, innovation, and accountability across the team.Foster a culture of collaboration between marketing, sales, and product teams.
