Job Description: As a Senior Associate, you will be part of a team that solves complex business issues from strategy to execution. This involves using feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness and personal strengths while addressing development areas.Key Responsibilities:Work as part of a team of problem solvers to solve complex business issuesDevelop self-awareness and personal strengths through feedback and reflectionDelegate tasks to others to provide stretch opportunities and coach them to deliver resultsDemonstrate critical thinking skills to bring order to unstructured problems using a range of tools and techniquesReview work for quality, accuracy, and relevance, and use straightforward communication when influencing and connecting with othersRead situations and modify behavior to build quality relationshipsHave experience in Quote to Cash / CRM to ERP cycles and CPQ functional expertise for Product Configuration, Rules, Commerce process, Pricing Setups, Document Designer, and ReportsKnow about ATO / PTO model configuration cycles and integrating with ERP fulfillment systems, as well as ABO FunctionalityHave at least 2 implementation cycle experiences and the ability to speak effectively with customers and understand their requirements or problem statementHave technical skills including experience in HTML, XML, Java, JavaScript, JSON, AJAX, SOAP-based Web-services, and the ability to understand BML and write codes in BML inside CPQ for complex requirementsBenefits:This role offers the opportunity to grow professionally and personally while working on challenging projects with experienced colleagues.
