Job Description: Senior Associate Credit Location: Remote – India Working Hours: Eastern Standard Time (US) About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Associate Credit to join our team and strengthen our credit and deal execution capabilities. The successful candidate will have 7-8 years of relevant credit experience and will work closely with the US lending team to support underwriting, credit analysis, and transaction execution. Key Responsibilities Draft clear, accurate, and comprehensive credit memos for transactions. Prepare, review, and analyze loan term sheets . Conduct financial and credit analysis to support underwriting decisions . Assist in identifying and assessing risks, and provide recommendations to mitigate them. Collaborate with the US lending team to ensure timely and efficient deal execution. Maintain high attention to detail while working across multiple transactions simultaneously. Qualifications & Skills ( Masters in Finance) 3–7 years of credit analysis / underwriting experience with financial institutions, lenders, or investment managers. Candidates with prior experience in investor relations will be preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid foundation in credit fundamentals . Excellent writing skills and ability to prepare professional reports and memos. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools. Exposure to real estate debt is highly preferred. Good in Financial Modeling Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams. Additional Details Work Environment: Fully remote, based in India. Work Schedule: Must align with US Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours.
