Position: HRBP – Lead or AM

Location: Kurla (W), Mumbai


The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field, from hire to retire. They should be comfortable hiring and onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to establish ways to increase employee engagement.


Responsibilities

  • Manage Recruitment Operations
  • Manage the entire employee life cycle from hire to retire
  • Manage all ELC related audits
  • Maintain various HR MIS & dashboards
  • Vendor Management
  • Manage employee engagement programs
  • Exit management process
  • HR Reporting and HRIS


Qualifications

  • Graduate & PG/Master’s degree in Human Resources
  • 6-9 years of experience in employee life cycle management
  • Effective communication & strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to hire and onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite & HRMS tools (Success Factors preferred)
