This role combines new business development (hunting) with key account management (farming), requiring someone who can open doors, build trust, and convert relationships into long-term partnerships.You’ll work directly with the Founder and Leadership Team to define our go-to-market strategy, build the sales engine, and scale AuthenticOne’s presence across industries.Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & GrowthIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across mid to large enterprises.Build a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, events, and digital channels.Drive the full sales lifecycle, from lead qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.2. Client Engagement & Account ManagementEstablish strong relationships with CXOs, CISOs, and IT/security heads.Understand client needs deeply and align our solutions to their business and security priorities.Manage existing accounts to ensure high satisfaction, renewals, and cross-selling.3.
