Restaurant Franchise Coordinator Job DescriptionThis role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary liaison between our organization and the restaurant brand.Support sales efforts by assisting with catering inquiries, conversions, and follow-ups.Familiarity with financial operations, billing procedures, and daily/weekly sales reporting is required.Evaluate the restaurant's adherence to brand guidelines and franchise expectations (non-operational oversight).Coordinate documentation, administrative tasks, and timely communication across teams effectively.What This Role Does Not Include:No involvement in kitchen or restaurant operations.No staff handling, shift management, or daily store responsibilities.Not a general manager role.This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
