Business leaders are pivotal in propelling organizations forward. We seek a highly skilled Business Head to spearhead the planning and establishment of 200 food brand cafeterias across India.The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience, specifically 15-20 years, in the realm of cafeteria food businesses or franchise business setup/operations.Responsibilities include:Conducting market research to identify prime locations for cafetaria/kiosk establishments.Collaborating with architects, fabricators, and vendors to design, layout, and set up Cafetaria/kiosks.Negotiating with site owners, mall/shop owners, corporate parks, transit hubs, and vacant shops to secure business establishment sites.Liaising with government authorities and agencies to obtain required approvals and permits.Sourcing equipment, furniture, signage, POS systems, and raw materials within budget constraints.The Business Head will be responsible for operational planning, including developing SOPs for Cafeteria/kiosk operations, identifying vendors, designing menus, and hiring/training staff. They will also oversee financial management, preparing budgets, monitoring expenses, and tracking sales.
