Position Title: Technical Program Manager

Role Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented candidate who is trained in handling resources and coordinating from a technical viewpoint. The role involves identifying objectives, setting targets and delivering goals within a stipulated time without compromising both quality and control of the project. The candidate will chalk out team responsibilities, expectations, and institute crucial success variables that are in line with our delivery milestones.

Key Tasks & Accountability:
Candidates with technical background in software development and hands-on experience in managing software/application development projects in agile way is mandatory. Should have developed software/applications earlier.
Determine and define project scope and objectives and ability to relate the business objectives of project to technical features/functionality is mandatory.
Predict resources needed to develop the software and manage them effectively and make sure best utilisation of resources
Understand the effort required to complete the project. Should be able to intervene and technically guide the teams towards problem solving.
Hands risk management and stakeholder communication management is mandatory
Proficiency in using project management tools like MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Asana is required.
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
Utilise industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed and work towards a no surprise environment.
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement and influence stakeholders for faster approvals.

Education and Experience:
Domain expertise and qualifications include, but are not limited to:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
2-6 years of project management and related experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Agile certification is preferred
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
Excellent analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

Create project specifications.
Effective communicator with strategic capabilities.
Perform resource planning.
Execute risk analysis.
