Qualifications/Requirements: ● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or MCA. ● 8+yearsofexperience running software engineering and project / program management. ● Hands on experience on Agile and waterfall framework depending on project need. ● Understanding of the high level tech architecture at component level , tech challenges and complexities involved. ● Must have prior experience in leading cross functional programs, prioritization. ● Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. ● Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
