Roles & Responsibilities
● Define and deliver technical roadmaps or large projects involving cross team dependencies.
● Effectively breakdown projects and communicate the plan / progress to the team and leadership taking into account cross functional dependencies.
● Working closely with the Engineering team , Product and Design team to deliver Roadmap in a timely manner.
● Manage multiple projects and do effective communication to stakeholders about program status , release schedule, risk/ callouts and mitigation plan .
● Clarify , Prioritize and drive project commitments , establish clear chains of accountability.
● Establish and drive adoption of program management , tools and best practices.
● TPMs might also test and review potential solutions within their program.
● He/She has to generate different reports for different stakeholders in an organization.
Qualifications/Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or MCA.
● 8+yearsofexperience running software engineering and project / program management.
● Hands on experience on Agile and waterfall framework depending on project need.
● Understanding of the high level tech architecture at component level , tech challenges and complexities involved.
● Must have prior experience in leading cross functional programs, prioritization.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
● Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
