Profile- TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER

Experience: Min 5+ years

Ctc- upto 35 Lpa (Depend on the interview)

Location- Bangalore,


Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to plan and scope deliverables, required resources, work plan, and timing for new product deliverables.
  • Develop and manage product delivery timelines and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.
  • Assist with product backlog and grooming exercises to ensure that all requirements have been identified for product features.
  • Ensure that the teams follow scrum best practices, such as daily stand-up meeting, demos and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection for product deliverables, retrospectives.
  • Work with other team members to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Review all product artifacts related to delivery (e.g. design reviews, functionality sign-offs, security testing, etc.) and ensure that all product releases follow the right release criteria.

Required Skills:

  • Expert in agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of JIRA, JIRA Roadmaps, Confluence.
  • Familiar with common development practices for SaaS products.
  • Outstanding collaboration and communication skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with distributed team.
  • Prior experience working in a security software product company, preferably in the Identity and Access Management domain.
  • PSM, SAFe certification.
