The ideal candidate must be serving as the Head of Marketing. You will manage all marketing efforts including planning, research, advertising, communications and public relations in line with our objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the education sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving enrollment targets and successful marketing campaigns

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy and Brand Development

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance the college's brand and visibility across digital, print, and traditional platforms.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling marketing campaigns, content, and materials that highlight the institution’s unique offerings.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for outreach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.

Admissions Management

  • Drive the admissions strategy to achieve annual enrollment targets for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
  • Manage the end-to-end admissions process, from lead generation to student onboarding.
  • Implement innovative lead nurturing strategies to engage prospective students and their families.
  • Evaluate and optimize admission funnel metrics for continuous improvement.

Team Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Lead and mentor the marketing and admissions teams to achieve departmental goals.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, counselors, and community partners, to drive enrollment.
  • Represent the college at education fairs, seminars, and networking events to enhance brand recognition and build partnerships.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Use analytics and performance data to evaluate the success of marketing and admissions initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports to senior leadership, offering insights and recommendations for strategy refinement.
