The NSHM Knowledge Campus, Durgapur is seeking a Marketing Director to spearhead the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will lead all marketing efforts, including planning, research, advertising, communications, and public relations in line with our objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy and Brand Development:
    • Develop a strategic marketing plan to enhance the college's brand visibility across digital, print, and traditional platforms.
    • Oversee the creation of compelling marketing campaigns, content, and materials that highlight the institution's unique offerings.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for outreach.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
  • Admissions Management:
    • Drive the admissions strategy to achieve annual enrollment targets for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
    • Manage the end-to-end admissions process, from lead generation to student onboarding.
    • Implement innovative lead nurturing strategies to engage prospective students and their families.
    • Evaluate and optimize admission funnel metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Team Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Lead and mentor the marketing and admissions teams to achieve departmental goals.
    • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, counselors, and community partners, to drive enrollment.
    • Represent the college at education fairs, seminars, and networking events to enhance brand recognition and build partnerships.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Use analytics and performance data to evaluate the success of marketing and admissions initiatives.
    • Provide regular reports to senior leadership, offering insights and recommendations for strategy refinement.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience
