We are looking for a seasoned M&A professional to lead and support the end-to-end execution of M&A transactions (domestic and international), including strategic planning, target identification, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations, and post-merger integration to support the company's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • M&A Strategy & Target Identification

  • • Define growth strategies and prioritize acquisition or JV opportunities.

  • • Conduct market research and competitor analysis for strategic targets.
  • Deal Execution

  • • Perform valuations and prepare investment memos and board presentations.

  • • Lead due diligence with internal teams and external advisors.
  • Transaction Structuring & Negotiations

  • • Structure deals aligning with legal and tax requirements.

  • • Negotiate agreements and ensure timely transaction closure.
  • Post-Merger Integration (PMI)

  • • Plan and execute integration with key stakeholders.

  • • Monitor synergies, transitions, and post-deal performance.
  • Internal & External Stakeholder Management

  • • Collaborate across functions for deal alignment.

  • • Manage relationships with advisors and strategic partners.

Key Requirements:

Education:

  • CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA preferred

Experience:

  • 10–15 years of experience in M&A, Corporate Development, or Investment Banking
  • Minimum 5+ years in manufacturing or industrial sectors preferred
  • Proven track record in handling end-to-end M&A lifecycle
