Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Professional to join our dynamic team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a rapidly growing consulting practice with significant advancement opportunities.

Our ideal candidate will have expertise in tax structuring, due diligence, and communicating findings and opportunities to clients.

  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive tax solutions.
  • Assist senior members of the M&A Tax practice with complex technical tax issues.
  • Support clients with reorganizations, bankruptcy emergence planning, and debt restructuring.
  • Develop and train team members to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university.
  • 4-6 years of federal tax experience with mergers and acquisitions in a public accounting firm or corporate tax department.
  • Eligible to sit for CA, CPA, EA certifications.
  • Expertise in corporate tax matters across various industries.
  • Ability to handle multiple engagements and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent research and writing skills.
