Mergers and Acquisitions Opportunity

The Mergers and Acquisitions team at a leading firm is seeking an experienced professional to source, acquire, and integrate D2C and consumer brands in India. This role presents an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in due diligence, advisory, and mergers and acquisitions.

  • Responsibilities include working with cross-functional teams to identify potential targets, conduct thorough market analysis, and develop strategic acquisition plans.
  • Candidates should have strong interpersonal and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with portfolio companies and stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical reasoning and critical thinking skills are required to evaluate financial statements and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in basic software applications such as Excel and PowerPoint is necessary for data analysis and presentation.
  • Great communication skills are essential for presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a CA or CA + MBA Finance credential and 6-8 years of experience working in consulting firms with expertise in due diligence and advisory.
  • Candidates with M&A exposure, either in investment banking or corp dev, post their FDD/diligence experience will be ideal.
