Desired Candidate Profile:
Education : Full-time MBA in Human Resources or equivalent.
Experience : Minimum of 5 years in core HR functions, particularly talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Industry Experience : Previous experience in the electrical, manufacturing, or FMEG sector is a strong advantage.
Skills :
