Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales team to understand the client’s issues/requirements and appropriately map Ivy technology to the client’s business drivers.
- Supported the sales teams as the key product subject matter expert to determine how the product can be integrated into the client’s overall technology solution Assist with RFI/RFP responses.
- Collaborated with client in preparation of delivery of proofs of concepts and demonstrations Collaborated with Delivery Leads and Solution Architects to ensure delivery capability matches the proposed solution.
- Effectively communicate to engineering/product management team to influence product direction (based on direct feedback from clients).
- Truly lead from the front and inspire experienced professionals
- Support the Solutions Architects in shaping opportunities and ensuring new clients are implemented as smoothly and as profitably as possible.
- Agree set targets with all direct reports based on strategically aligned output requirements and performance manage the outcomes.
Requirements & Attributes:
- Previous leadership experience of a diversely located and skilled team
- Trusted peer of senior client contacts - Helping customers understand their problems better by active listening and quality questioning.
- Relationship skills - Using flexibility of style, emotional intelligence and rapport building to ensure customers are engaged for the long term.
- Collaborator - This role relies heavily on collaborating and planning with colleagues to ensure alignment with common goals and strategy. Your knowledge will be invaluable and should drive best practice within the team.
- Accountability- Acknowledging you own a significant P&L and see that as an opportunity, not a concern
- Market researcher - Investigative and intimately understand best practice within a Outsourced Workforce Solutions business
