We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Technical Marketeer / Pre-Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between our technical and sales, marketing teams, working directly with clients to demonstrate the value of our solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering product demonstrations, working closely with the sales team on customer engagements, and developing technical marketing materials that effectively communicate the benefits of our products.


The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise and marketing acumen, with a passion for translating complex technical features into clear, business-oriented solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-sales Support

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and offer tailored technical solutions.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, technical presentations, and workshops to prospects and clients.
  • Participate in discovery calls to capture customer pain points and map product features to solve their needs.
  • Create proof-of-concept models or prototypes to showcase product capabilities.
  • Assist in responding to RFIs/RFPs with detailed technical and product-related answers.

Technical Marketing

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop product collateral, including white papers, data sheets, case studies, and technical blog posts.
  • Develop content that highlights key technical differentiators and competitive advantages.
  • Ensure marketing campaigns and materials align with the product’s technical strengths and resonate with target customer segments.
  • Provide technical insights for webinars, videos, and product launch events.

Product Expertise & Feedback

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, their architecture, functionality, and use cases.
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to the product team to influence future product features and enhancements.
  • Serve as the technical liaison between product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure a unified message.

Required Skills:

Must have

  • 4 – 10 yrs of experience in a technical pre-sales, technical marketing, or solutions engineering role.
  • Experience in the commercial pharmaceutical domain after a masters / PhD in biology related disciplines (OR) Deep experience in providing data analytics services for pharma companies
  • Strong understanding and experience in the drug development business processes such as new product development, clinical trials, Health Economics & Outcomes Research, market access, real world evidence,
  • Good understanding of cloud technologies, and system architecture.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify and explain complex technical topics.
  • Experience creating technical content, including product demos, solution briefs, and competitive analyses.
