Manage IT Order Managers’ team to deliver and implement on-time & first time right solutions to customers. Ensure healthy communications/interactions between all internal & external entities. Establishing and managing relationships with customers and all key stakeholders. Accountable for team’s performance on all the set global targets with regards to Customer Satisfaction. Reduction in Delivery Lead Time and order cycle for OB products and services. Maintaining Database(s) integrity, quality & accuracy Ensure all the process guidelines defined by process owners are being adhered to Communicating and cascading requisite process changes and related information to the team and then ensuring same is adhered to Manage workload distribution, customer/project assignments as per business requirement

about you

ITIL, Lean Six Sigma Certification and/or Project Management Skills

Degree in Business Administration, or Commerce (or other relevant area), MBA preferred.

At least 8-12 years of experience in the telecommunications field At least 3-5 years of experience in people management Should possess sound knowledge and understanding of all the products & services offered by service provider Should possess excellent coordination and relationship enhancement skills Should have excellent coaching and mentoring, team building and people management skills Good level of knowledge on procurement, customs clearance, inventory management and logistics.
