Job Title: Customer Sales Support Executive

Department: E-Commerce

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Language Skills: English, Hindi, Tamil preferred

Experience: 3+ years in customer sales, preferably in an E-commerce environment


Role Overview:

As a Customer Sales Support Executive at SILAII, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, driving sales, and building strong relationships. You’ll focus on renewals, upselling, and helping customers maximize their experience with our products.


Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and upselling opportunities to maximize customer value.

• Build long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs.

• Analyze customer data to identify growth opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.

• Handle customer inquiries, orders, exchanges, and refunds across various channels.

• Support website operations by ensuring accurate product details and updates.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in customer sales (E-commerce experience preferred).

• Bachelor’s degree 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with web analytics, E-commerce platforms, and SEO is an advantage.
