Job Title: Retail Store Sales Executive 

Location : Chennai

Position: Full-Time

Language Skills: English & Tamil preferred; fluency in Hindi is a plus.

Experience: 3+ years in customer sales, preferably in an Retail environment

Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Person to join our team. As a Retail Store Sales Executive, you’ll deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and manage store operations, showcasing SILAII’s unique sculptures and building lasting customer relationships. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Assist customers in the store, explain SILAII's specialties, and handle sales transactions.

• Maintain accurate stock data, prepare daily sales reports, and manage inventory updates.

• Maintain the POS dispatch register and verify stock status daily.

• Build and update a customer database, regularly calling customers for feedback and purchases.

• Use inventory software like Shopify and Excel to manage data.

• Ensure a flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.

Requirements:

• Fresher or 2+ years of experience in retail sales preferred.

• Strong understanding of retail sales processes and customer behavior.

• Knowledge of inventory management and basic math skills.

• Proven ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil; fluency in Hindi is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree
