Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Core HR, Compensation, Recruitment, and Benefits Modules. This role requires a professional with in-depth experience in Compensation (mandatory) and a proven record of driving end-to-end implementation and support projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Techno-Functional SME for Oracle Cloud HCM, providing solutions and supporting Core HR, Compensation, Recruitment, and Benefits modules.
  • Perform hands-on configurations and customizations using Extracts, HDLs, and Fast Formulas.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to lead discussions, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and propose scalable solutions to meet business needs.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge in Oracle Fusion Compensation, ensuring effective functionality and configuration to meet project requirements.
  • Participate in at least two full-cycle implementations and support three AMS projects for the Core HR, Compensation, ORC, and Benefits modules.



Requirements:

  • Minimum two Oracle HCM implementations and three AMS project experiences.
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM with expertise in Core HR, Compensation (mandatory), Recruitment (ORC), and Benefits.
  • Proficiency in using Extracts, HDL (HCM Data Loader), and Fast Formulas to configure and customize Oracle HCM applications.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with business teams and drive functional and technical discussions.
