Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Consultant to join our team at Cigres Technologies Private Limited.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, with a minimum of 3+ years of techno-functional experience.

You will be responsible for enabling solutions via CHRs and Projects, resolving technical/config issues, and acting as a Technical L3 Support to resolve complex tickets.

Additionally, you will participate in Agile Scrum calls to provide updates, learn and understand release content documents, and document solutions and process flows.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of techno-functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
  • Knowledge in Hire to Retire business process
  • Exposure to Global HR, Talent, and Absences modules
  • Completed at least one implementation in Fusion HCM WFA/Global HR module
  • Experience working through Agile methodology
  • Excellent Communication and presentation skills
  • Good Exposure towards working in highly matrixed setups of Global MNCs
  • Willingness to learn new products and processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Functional Expertise on HCM Fusion WFA module - includes Configuration & Setups
  • Functional knowledge on other HCM modules
  • Experience in Personalization (sandbox) and Functional Setup Manager usage
  • Consulting skills to perform Fit/gap analysis, Business analysis, SDLC concepts such as Agile, Waterfall
  • Good knowledge of HCM table structures and data flow
  • Working experience in debugging technical issues
  • Experience in managing and resolving issues over Oracle SR

Education:

  • B.Sc Computer Science Graduate or Engineering Graduate or Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
  • Certification in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, either Specialist or Implementor level from Oracle
