Oracle HCM Compensation Functional or Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with in-depth expertise in Oracle Fusion Core HR, Compensation, Recruitment, and Benefits modules. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Compensation module (mandatory) and hands-on experience with the following:


Responsibilities:


  • Work directly with business stakeholders to drive discussions, conduct root cause analysis, and design scalable solutions for Oracle Cloud HCM modules.


  • Perform hands-on work with Extracts, HCM Data Loader (HDL), and Fast Formulas.


  • Lead and participate in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, configuration, and support activities.



Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 2 Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and 3 AMS (Application Management Support) project experiences specifically covering Core HR, Compensation, Recruitment (ORC), and Benefits modules.


  • Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM modules, especially Compensation.



Experience Required:


  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM with a focus on Core HR, Compensation, Recruitment, and Benefits
