About the Role:

As an Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Analyst at AZMARQ TECHNOVATION PRIVATE LIMITED, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and supporting solutions for HR processes in the company. Your expertise will be essential in driving digitization initiatives and streamlining HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop integration solutions using Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Agile methodology and ensure seamless project execution.

3. Provide technical expertise on HCM modules, including web services, RESTful APIs, XML, and JSON.

4. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including Fast Formulas, HCM Extract, and Inbound & Outbound Interface.

Requirements:

1. Relevant techno-functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.

2. Extensive knowledge of the Hire to Retire business process.

3. Strong technical knowledge in BIP, OTBI, HCM Extract, API, HDL, and HSDL.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience working in a matrixed setup of a global MNC.
