Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced IT Service Management professional to lead our ServiceNow implementation and administration efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITSM, workflow design, and automation, with hands-on experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our ServiceNow platform, including day-to-day administration, configuration management, and troubleshooting.
