About the Financial Services RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Financial Services professional to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance processes. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial records, monitor expenditures, support month-end and year-end closing, and provide financial insights for senior leadership.This role requires strong analytical skills, high integrity, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment. Key responsibilities include:Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and account reconciliations.Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-tracking activities.Maintain accurate financial documentation and accounting records.Handle invoice processing, payment schedules, and vendor reconciliations.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.Assist with payroll review, tax filings, and statutory reporting where applicable.Partner with internal teams to validate financial data, track expenses, and support operational decision-making.Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and financial efficiency.Required Skills and Qualifications:The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in financial software and systems, are also required.
