This role requires a deep understanding of construction accounting principles, financial management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have worked in construction accounting/contractor accounting, a person who has knowledge of % completion method of accounting and worked on project profitability.Responsibilities:This position is responsible for all aspects of accounting operations, including periodic financial reports, control systems, and budgets. Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions, prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements, and coordinate construction draw processes.Duties:Ensure timely completion of month-end close with all general ledger accounts reconciled and analysed, as appropriate. Manage yearly audit and tax compliance process, establish internal controls to safeguard company assets, and participate in cash management and forecasting.Skills and Qualifications:We seek a highly organized individual with strong attention to detail and quality of deliverables. Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills are required. A CA/CPA with 8-10 years of experience in the real estate/construction industry is essential.Benefits:Superior ability to track and meet deadlines, focused on overcoming obstacles.
