Initiate timely and personalized communication with customers approaching the end of their subscription cycle.2. Understand customer needs, showcase learner progress, and position our programs as essential for continued growth.3. Identify and pitch relevant upgrades or additional programs that align with the learner's journey.4. Gather feedback and relay insights to internal teams to improve offerings and retention strategies.5. Maintain accurate records of renewal status, customer interactions, and performance metrics using CRM tools.6. Foster trust and loyalty by delivering exceptional service and demonstrating genuine care for learner outcomes.Requirements:1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.2. Ability to work under pressure.3. Laptop is mandatory.4. Willingness to work in a startup environment (fast paced).5.
