HR Generalist RoleAs a high-potential HR generalist, you will play an important role in shaping the employee experience and operational excellence at our organization.Employee Experience:Drive comprehensive onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions for joiners and leavers.Organize engaging programs and events that foster belonging, recognition, and retention.Provide expert support for all employee queries and needs, including onboarding, documentation, policies, benefits, and more.Assist in creating a culture of inclusion, transparency, and high engagement.HR Operational Excellence:Improve HR tool utilization to automate routine tasks, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency.Manage employee data, documentation, and lifecycle updates in HR systems.Develop and execute internal policies around asset and data management to ensure secure access and accountability.Support payroll inputs, leaves, reimbursements, and benefits administration.Maintain accuracy and timeliness in all operational workflows, including contract generation, background verification, compliance, and audits.Strategic People Projects:Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.Assist in performance review cycles, engagement surveys, employee communications, learning initiatives, and process documentation.Contribute to process improvements, knowledge base creation, and HR automation projects.Generate data-driven insights and analytics dashboards to inform strategic decisions.Requirements4-6 years of end-to-end HR generalist/ people-ops experience in fast-paced tech or SaaS companies.Some experience managing HRMS, payroll inputs, benefits administration, and compliance is beneficial.A track record of executing engagement or culture programs with measurable impact is highly valued.Proficiency in HR analytics, spreadsheets, and data-driven storytelling is essential.Ownership, integrity, and a growth mindset are key qualities required for this role.A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Psychology is mandatory; an MBA or HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) is advantageous.Key SkillsComprehensive knowledge of HR principles and practices.Experience with HR tools and technology platforms.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively across functions and levels.
