Location: Bengaluru, India | Reports to: National Head - Strategic Accounts | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for India | Language Requirements: Professional level English , written and verbal | Work Arrangement: Hybrid
As an Account Manager, you will be a part of our highly competent Acquisition Sales Team. In this role, you will act as the trusted advisor for our customers regarding on-premises, cloud, and licensing optimization services . One of your main objectives will be to prospect, identify, and qualify leads for Crayon offerings. In addition, you will assume accountability for advising, developing, and managing long-lasting business relationships with new and existing customers.
Other responsibilities will include:
Advise customers regarding on-premise / cloud and licensing optimization
Develop new customer relationships in chosen market segments
Execute on marketing campaigns to assist with sales efforts
Grow and drive a sales pipeline, using Microsoft CRM
Collaborate closely with vendors to generate growth: Microsoft, AWS, Oracle and IBM
Your Competencies:
4+ years’ experience selling IT solutions and cloud services
In-depth knowledge of customers’ business environments and needs
Broad knowledge of hyperscalers , and the ability to map this to create a business impact for Crayon’s customers
Experience collaborating with customers and internal and external teams to generate a comprehensive business and growth plan for accounts
Previous experience collaborating with vendors and the extended teams (Microsoft, Adobe, etc.) to generate a joint GTM Plan
About You:
You have a hunter approach to selling cloud solutions
You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
You display strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively plan, structure and enable for business growth and relationship building
