About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our client success team. As the key point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for managing relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving project success. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure our clients' needs are met, and their goals are achieved.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of projects and services.
  • Collaborate with creative, digital, and strategy teams to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
  • Manage client budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring everything stays on track.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions to improve their business outcomes.
  • Assist in new business development efforts, including proposal creation and presentations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role, preferably in a digital marketing or media environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mentality.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with marketing trends, digital platforms, and performance metrics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
