Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced recruitment professional to fill the role of Civil Engineer Recruitment Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for US clients in the Civil Engineering / Architecture domain.Key Responsibilities:Source high-quality candidates from various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and referrals.Screen and evaluate candidate applications to ensure they meet the required qualifications and skills.Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers to facilitate smooth communication.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities in our system.Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences.Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is essential.Proven experience in US recruitment, preferably in engineering/architecture roles, is highly desirable.Strong knowledge of civil engineering/architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies is required.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are necessary for success in this role.Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts aligned with US time zones, is a must.Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated individuals are ideal for this position.
