Sales Development Representative Job DescriptionAs a sales professional responsible for advancing revenue growth, you will identify customer needs, develop targeted engagement strategies, gather intelligence on key decision-makers and drive high-value meetings to support front-line sales efforts.Develop Account Plans: Collaborate with the frontline sales lead to identify target contacts, organizational structures and key business drivers within each account.Gather Prospect Intelligence: Focus on identifying pain points related to international payments, competitive solutions used and recent business triggers.Create Engagement Heatmaps: Visualize buying committee roles, influence levels and preferred communication channels.Set High-Value Meetings: Requested by the frontline sales lead, set high-value meetings and demos with all necessary touchpoints (e.g., treasury, finance, risk, compliance).Support Front-Line Sales: Coordinate the creation of personalized sales collateral (e.g., custom ROI views, pitch decks) with the content and graphics teams.Key Responsibilities:Develop strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.Conduct research to gather prospect intelligence and identify key decision-makers.Create customized engagement heatmaps to visualize buying committee roles and influence levels.Set high-value meetings and demos with key stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create personalized sales collateral.What We Offer:A dynamic and supportive work environment.Ongoing training and development opportunities.The chance to work with a talented team of professionals.
