Ad Revenue Growth ManagerWe are seeking a seasoned professional to drive revenue growth through advertising optimization.Main Responsibilities:Develop and Implement Monetization Strategies: Optimize revenue from in-game ads, rewarded video ads, and interstitial ads.Analyze User Data: Identify trends and opportunities for improving ad performance and revenue.Manage Ad Networks and Demand Partners: Optimize ad fill rate, eCPM, and overall revenue.Collaborate with Game Development Teams: Ensure seamless integration of ads and optimize ad placement for maximum user engagement and revenue.Stay Industry Trend Aware: Monitor industry trends and keep up-to-date with changes in advertising technologies, regulations, and best practices.Revenue Performance Analysis: Analyze and report on revenue performance to senior management and stakeholders.Key Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.Experience: 3-6 years of experience in ad operations or digital campaign management.Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Admob or Ironsource ad serving platforms.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis tools such as Excel or SQL.Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of mobile advertising industry trends, ad formats, and ad networks.Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
