Job DescriptionOur Ideal Candidate:Is responsible for maintaining and updating HubSpot records, properties, lists, and workflows.Ensures data hygiene, deduplication, and consistent reporting across various teams.Assists with lead routing, lifecycle stage updates, and funnel tracking to enhance the overall customer experience.Supports integration data flows between HubSpot and other tools like Apollo, Ads, and more.Required Skills and Qualifications1–3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Ops, or a similar analytical role.Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM is mandatory.Strong analytical skills and comfort with metrics, reporting, and dashboards are essential.Ability to work with large datasets, spreadsheets, and simple data models is necessary.Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Ads, Google Ads is a plus.Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills are required.A self-starter who enjoys solving problems and improving processes is ideal.Prior experience in a B2B SaaS environment is preferred.What We OfferThe opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our organization.A chance to develop your analytical skills and expand your expertise in Revenue Operations.A collaborative and supportive work environment that fosters innovation and improvement.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities to help you succeed in your role.
