Nelson Business School | Educational Counsellor

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Student Interaction & Counseling:
- Provide detailed guidance on academic programs, admission procedures, and eligibility criteria.
- Address inquiries and resolve doubts to support decision-making.
2. Lead Generation & Management:
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and messages to nurture leads.
3. Sales Conversion:
- Convince prospective students to enroll by effectively communicating the institution’s unique selling points (USPs).
4. Admission Support:
- Assist students with the admission process, including documentation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
5. Customer Relationship Management:
- Track and manage student information in CRM tools to ensure seamless communication.
6. Target Achievement:
- Work towards monthly or quarterly enrollment goals as set by the institution.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
Experience: Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply for this full time work from office job.
Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.
Office Timings: 10:00am to 6:30pm
