Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive at the Nelson Business School in Banjara Hills. The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across various online channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This role involves using data-driven insights to improve campaign performance and align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals. The Digital Marketing Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective online campaigns, leverage social media, and manage paid advertising and SEO strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, search engines, display ads, and paid media.
SEO & SEM : Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic search rankings and manage search engine marketing (SEM) efforts, including Google Ads campaigns.
Social Media Marketing: Develop and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), creating engaging content and increasing follower engagement.
Content Creation: Work with content teams to create compelling content for blogs, websites, newsletters, and other digital assets.
Email Marketing: Design and implement email campaigns, newsletters, and promotions while analyzing results to improve future campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tracking software to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.
PPC Advertising: Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
Collaborate with Teams: Work with creative, sales, and product teams to align marketing strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
Market Research: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to implement innovative strategies.

Social Media Marketing expertise
Web Content Writing proficiency
Web Analytics knowledge
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
