Channel Manager Job DescriptionWe're looking for a proactive Channel Manager who can fully own the channel—covering listings, optimization, ads, growth planning, NPD, and profitability. This role is ideal for someone who takes complete responsibility and can independently scale a marketplace business end-to-end.Take full ownership of the marketplace channel including strategy, execution, and profitability.Manage end-to-end listings: creation, optimization, hygiene, and compliance.Drive aggressive growth, visibility, pricing optimization, and selection enhancement.Plan and optimize Ads to improve Return On Ad Spend (ROAS) and overall sales performance.Identify & launch new products (NPD) based on trends and data insights.Maintain strong relationship management with category & ops teams.Track KPIs, analyze competition, manage penalties, and ensure operational excellence.Requirements:3–5 years of hands-on experience managing marketplaces.Strong listing, catalog, SEO, and analytics skills.Proven experience running and optimizing ad campaigns.Good understanding of pricing, inventory, selection planning, and marketplace trends.Excellent communication, ownership mindset, and problem-solving abilities.What We Offer:A competitive salary and benefits package, opportunities for career growth and professional development, and a dynamic work environment that fosters innovation and collaboration.
