Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.3. Results-driven: Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.4. Networking skills: Ability to build and maintain a strong network of contacts in the industry.Ideal Candidate:- Sales background: Strong sales background, preferably in recruitment or a related industry.- Industry knowledge: Understanding of the recruitment industry, including trends, challenges, and best practices.- Strong network: Established network of contacts in the industry.
