Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai


MProfit (www.mprofit.in) is a rapidly growing fintech company, backed & funded by Rainmatter (an initiative by Zerodha) and other reputed investors. To automate multi-asset investment tracking & reporting, MProfit provides wealth-tech solutions to Indian investors and financial advisors.


A powerful data insights platform, MProfit enables investors & wealth professionals to track all their investments in one place. MProfit’s data aggregation capabilities are cutting-edge, supporting data import from 700+ financial institutions


Job Summary:


We seek a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive who is passionate about sales and has a strong background in SaaS sales, with a decent understanding of the finance segment. The ideal candidate will possess top-notch communication and negotiation skills and drive to create a significant impact.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the company.
  • Client Acquisition: Thoroughly identify and engage with clients to understand their requirements, effectively pitching MProfit's offerings to align with their needs and deliver optimal solutions.
  • High-Value Client Acquisition: Demonstrate the ability to close high-revenue deals by effectively engaging with and securing contracts from large, high-ticket clients.
  • Highly Accountable: Take full accountability for managing client relationships and go the extra mile to ensure successful client closures.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals and customer needs.


Desired candidate profile:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • 1-3 years of experience in SaaS sales,
  • Proficiency with Sales CRMs such as Freshsales, LeadSquared, etc.
  • Passionate about Sales and a self-driven person.
