Duck Learning India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales and manage accounts for our educational solutions. This role is essential in expanding our market presence in Mumbai and nurturing relationships with schools and educational institutions to enhance their STEAM programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Execution: Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for educational solutions.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at schools and institutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential clients, conduct market research, and develop a strong pipeline of leads.
- Product Presentations and Demos: Conduct engaging presentations and demonstrations of educational solutions tailored to client needs.
- Negotiation and Closing Deals: Prepare and deliver competitive proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales agreements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Feedback and Reporting: Collect feedback from clients to inform product development and report on market trends and competitor activities.
- Event Participation: Represent Duck Learning at educational fairs, workshops, and conferences to network and promote our offerings.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the education sector.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing long-term client relationships.
- Problem-solving Ability: Proactive approach to overcoming challenges and identifying client needs.
- Tech-savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Passion for Education: A genuine interest in educational solutions and their impact on learning outcomes.
