  • Execution and purification of different vaccine bulk (Dengue Vaccine, Hepatitis A Vaccine and E.coli, BPBC /CEPI Vaccine).
  • Planning, supervision & execution of overall purification related activities.
  • Development of individual unit operation (Cell Lysis, Clarification & chromatography) to final Drug substance of different vaccine.
  • In process sampling during batch processing.
  • Sterile filtration of bulk drug substance.
  • Quality management system (Filling of incident, raising deviation, change control, CAPA and other quality system).
  • Proper training and enhance the overall capabilities of subordinates.
  • Preparation of SOPs, BPRs, protocol report and other documents required for downstream activities.
  • IQ, OQ and PQ of new equipment’s to be installed in downstream processing area.
  • Execution of Revalidation of refrigerated incubators, refrigerators and tank system according to established schedule.
  • Execution of In –House Calibration of AKTA System, spectrophotometer, Auto pipettes, Weighing balance and pH /conductivity meter.
  • Data compilation and data analysis.
  • Preventive maintenance of equipment in downstream processing area, Proper working of equipment’s and other ancillary items in DSP.
  • Compliance of the area and equipment as per R&D, GLP and GMP norms.
  • Prioritization of tasks and completion of those in a timely manner.
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned by R&D Head.
