Partnerships Manager Ecosystems (Guest + Host)Location: BengaluruAbout ZoomcarZoomcar is Indias largest peer-to-peer self-drive car sharing marketplace. We connect guests who need reliable mobility with hosts who monetize their cars through safe, tech-enabled rentals.Role SummaryOwn and scale Zoomcars partner ecosystem across both demand and supply. You will identify, close, and operationalize partnerships that drive guest bookings and bring new hosts to the platform, then build repeatable playbooks that city teams can run at scale.What youll doDefine the partner strategy by vertical for guest and host growth, with clear OKRs and city targets.Source, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard partners such as fleet operators, OEM dealers, used-car platforms, insurance and lending partners, charging and fuel networks, garages and detailing vendors, GPS/telematics and KYC providers, hotels, airports, OTAs, loyalty programs, affiliates, creators, universities, corporates, and travel desks.Design commercial models, SLAs, and MoUs with Legal, Finance, and Ops; run pilots, measure outcomes, and scale winners.Build co-marketing plans and partner funnels; track performance in CRM and dashboards; publish weekly forecasts and post-mortems.Improve partner health through incentives, playbooks, and SOPs that lift activation, utilization, NPS, and retention.Work cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and PR to unblock launches and hit timelines.Success metricsPartner-sourced bookings and GBV per month.New hosts acquired via partners and active at 30, 60, and 90 days.CAC, payback period, and contribution margin from partner channels.Active partnerships by tier and their share of total bookings.Pilot-to-scale conversion rate and SLA adherence.Co-marketing ROI versus baseline.What youll bring5 to 8 years in partnerships, BD, category, or ecosystem roles in marketplaces, mobility, travel, fintech, or logistics.Proven dealmaking and contracting skills with a track record of closing multi-party partnerships.Analytical rigor. Comfortable modeling deals, setting targets, and reading dashboards.Strong program management and stakeholder skills across product, ops, legal, and finance.Clear written and verbal communication and the ability to craft crisp proposals and PRDs.Nice to haveNetwork across fleet operators, OTAs, OEM dealer groups, finance and insurance, charging networks, and facility vendors.
