Key Roles & Responsibilities:· Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management· Identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails, networking portals, and client visits· Research partners, identify key players and generate interest· Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships· Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company's contract guidelines and policies· Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners' liaison internally· Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships. Focus on increasing member engagement and penetration within centers.· Keep a great ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership.· Measure success metrics for each experience and partnerships and work with all partners by analyzing data and making changes to the offerings.· Understand the customer demography of each center and bring in partners better suited for the audience.· Meeting targets of revenue and customer usage and penetration in each center.Skills & Qualification Required:• MBA from a reputed organization.• 5-6 years plus experience in an agile organization in Partnerships/Sales/Account Management functions• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills. Need to have a strong business acumen and is data centric.• Ability to understand and analyze data and ability to determine actionable from the same. Create presentations for sales pitch to various clients.• Good interpersonal skills to work with different internal stakeholders.
