Role In NutshellWe’re looking for a high-performing Strategic Partnerships Manager to drive growth by forging partnerships across multiple sectors. You’ll identify opportunities, pitch & develop partnership models, build strong relationships, and execute campaigns that unlock revenue and user growth. This role demands a mix of business acumen, creative thinking, and sharp execution.Roles and ResponsibilitiesIdentify, pitch, and close partnerships across target industries (healthcare, F&B, banking, automotive, etc.) to enable new customer acquisitionBuild long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makersManage and build on existing partner relationshipsCo-create campaigns with partners that drive new user acquisition or increase engagement among existing customersCollaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to execute partnership-led campaignsTrack partnership KPIs and regularly report on performanceStay ahead of trends to spot new opportunities for partnershipsQualifications5–6 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliancesProven success in closing B2B partnerships, preferably in the startup or mobility ecosystemPreferred: Strong network in at least one of the following sectors: healthcare, F&B (pubs, lounges), and automotive/transportationExcellent communication and negotiation skillsComfortable with performance metrics and ROI-driven decision-makingSelf-starter with the ability to manage multiple conversations and close timelines in parallelExcellent written and spoken communication skills
