However, if you are excited about creating the playbook from scratch, we would love to hear from you About the RoleWe’re seeking a strategic, ambitious Partnership Lead to build and scale Zenskar’s partner marketing initiatives. In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing high-impact partnerships that fuel our growth. You’ll drive both business development (hunting) and ongoing relationship management (nurturing)—building and expanding a portfolio of strategic partners to accelerate Zenskar’s success. 🚀 You’ll work closely with Marketing, Business Development, Sales, and Founders. This is a high-impact role for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, with a proven track record of transforming partner programs into scalable revenue channels for B2B SaaS businessesResponsibilities Partner AcquisitionSource and cultivate high-value partnerships (fractional CFOs, accounting firms, CRM/ERP implementers, system integrators)Meet outbound activity and business development targets Partner ManagementLead partnership discussions—from discovery to negotiation, agreement, and ongoing alignmentOnboard and enable partners through targeted training and resources Growth & Strategic InitiativesBuild joint value propositions and go-to-market strategies to accelerate pipeline and revenue growthMeasure partner performance and drive co-marketing, and customer-facing activities Brand RepresentationRepresent Zenskar at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings; maintain strong, multi-level partner relationshipsSimply put, the role expects you to build a Partnership Channel for Zenskar ground up and drive pipeline goalsQualifications5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, including hands-on experience in partner or channel marketingSolid hustle and entrepreneurial mindset; thrive under the uncertainty that comes with an early-stage setupProven history of recruiting, engaging, and nurturing relationships with a variety of partnersComfortable balancing strategic vision and tactical execution — equally adept at mapping strategy, writing copy, pulling reports, and fine-tuning campaign detailsStrong project management skills and proactiveness, given the long cycle of finding, and closing partnersStrong first principles understanding of business fundamentals; Ability to understand the product at a granular level; Ability to empathise with the end user, and understand their pain pointsWillingness to get your hands dirty and do the grunt work in the early daysMANDATORY: Willing to work in the US time zone (~3 am IST) on weekdays (Mon-Fri) because the majority of our partners are based in the US. You have flexibility when you want to start your day in the afternoon (IST), or take breaks (e.g. family time, gym etc). This role will require you to stretch outside your comfort zoneExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to build, manage and motivate a teamSelf driven individual with high ownership and strong work ethicPrevious entrepreneurial experience is a huge plusNot taking yourself too seriously
