What You'll Do

Speak with patients and understand their healthcare needs

Guide patients in choosing the right hospital & doctor

Counsel patients about treatment options and hospital facilities

Coordinate with hospitals and doctors for smooth appointment scheduling

Maintain patient records and ensure timely follow-ups

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of experience in healthcare, patient counselling, or hospital coordination

Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi

A patient-first attitude with empathy and problem-solving skills

Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (preferred)
