Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Receptionist to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling day-to-day tasks, and managing phone calls and appointments. They will also handle general clerical duties and provide administrative support to ensure seamless operations.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills and handling administrative tasks
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
A background in dental or healthcare is preferred but not necessary. What's most important is your enthusiasm for delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our dedicated team.
About Us

Our clinic specializes in painless root canal treatment, smile designing, teeth whitening, pediatric treatments, dentures, crowns and bridges, braces and Invisalign, implants, veneers, extractions, and cosmetic fillings.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day tasks such as greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and handling phone calls
- Provide customer service support to patients and visitors
- Manage administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
Requirements
- Prior experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in a healthcare or clinic setting.
- Familiarity with Practo, Eka, or similar patient management/CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
